COST LESS JUICERS RETURN POLICY
CostLess Juicers is an Internet based company that offers near wholesale prices to retail customers. Our products are extremely discounted. Due to our low profit margin we must maintain a strict return policy. Therefore, we ask that you be quite sure that what you are ordering is what you really want.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. We will refuse unauthorized returns. Only if you have not used the product, and not broken the manufacturer's seal on the box, will you receive authorization to return the item. All authorized equipment returns must be shipped prepaid and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You will have 14 days from receipt of your equipment in which you may return it to Costplus Juicers for a refund. Once we receive an authorized return, a credit will be issued for the actual cost of the product minus shipping and handling costs and restocking fee. Confirmed, process orders may be subjected to a cancellation fee.
If food has come in contact with the machine, we will NOT refund any of the purchase price or shipping charges.
Juicer parts and accessories are considered a special order item, therefore
they are returnable for store credit only.
Exchanges for other items may be done only if the item has not been used. All exchanges must be authorized. Store merhandise credit will be given for the purchase price only. The shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer.
In the unlikely case you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately to make arrangements for exchange.
Costplus Juicers makes no warranty expressed or implied. Most of our products have a warranty. All Warranties are between the manufacturer and you the customer.
Return Policy Exceptions
FILTERS/CARTRIDGE/PARTS/ACCESSORIES – Only new, un-opened
replacement filters may be returned within 15 days for store credit.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS - Special Order Items are non returnable.
ITEMS PURCHASED WITH STORE CREDIT - Items purchased with store credit are non returnable
